The bike is excellent—it’s very light, high-quality, and my child loved it right away. I really like the rental concept itself. However, what I would definitely appreciate is customer support that allows me to speak with a real person. Communicating only through an AI chatbot and email doesn’t work for me, especially when I need to file a complaint or resolve another issue. It would be much more convenient and faster to have a helpline where I could call and resolve the situation directly.
Bicykel je výborný – je veľmi ľahký, kvalitný a dieťa z neho malo okamžite veľkú radosť. Samotný koncept prenájmu sa mi veľmi páči. Čo by som však určite ocenila, je zákaznícka podpora s možnosťou hovoriť s reálnym človekom. Komunikácia len cez AI chatbota a e-mail mi nevyhovuje, najmä keď je potrebné riešiť reklamáciu alebo iný problém. Oveľa príjemnejšie a rýchlejšie by bolo mať k dispozícii infolinku, kde sa dá dovolať a situáciu vyriešiť priamo.
