Processing of personal data

In accordance with the provision of our products and services, we work with some of your personal data. We are aware of the importance of their protection, so we process them responsibly and exclusively in accordance with the applicable legislation. 

In accordance with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), we would like to inform you about,

  • what personal data we collect
  • for what purpose we use your personal data
  • whether or not and to whom we provide this data
  • what rights you have regarding the processing of your personal data
  • how can you exercise your rights with us

Which personal data do we gather and process?

  • identifying data (first name and last name, or name of company, ID number, VAT number, ID created by us) 
  • address data (region, your email address, telephone)

What personal data is used for

  • For processing rental payments, orders and receivables
  • For the purposes of communication with our users
  • For marketing purposes

Personal data, which we obtain other than directly from you

As part of joint campaigns, we may also process your personal data for the purposes of the campaigns, or for the purposes of the proper fulfillment of the contract, and we may combine them. In the event that your personal data is sold to another entity, we will inform you about this in advance, including indicating to whom we are selling the personal data. Also, if someone sells your personal data to us, they must also inform you in advance. 

Transfer of personal data to third countries 

We process personal data in the Slovak Republic or in EU member states. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU. 

Your rights as they pertain to our processing of your personal data 

We process your personal data in a correct and transparent manner, in accordance with legal regulations. Next, we list your rights that appear in connection with the processing of your personal data. 

Right of access to personal data 

You have the right to access personal data concerning you as the so-called person concerned. Furthermore, you have the right to obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not personal data relating to you is being processed and, if so, you have the right to request a copy of that personal data. 

Any copies of personal data may be provided to you electronically in a form that is commonly used. In order to verify the identity of the person requesting access to personal data, we must insist on measures to verify your identity.

The right to correct personal data.

If you believe that the personal data we are processing about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct or supplement it.

Right to delete ("right to be forgotten") 

You have the right to request that we delete personal data relating to you without undue delay, provided that any of the following reasons apply:

  • personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed (see individual purposes of processing listed in chapter 3);
  • you revoked the consent given by you, on the basis of which the personal data were processed and at the same time there is no other legal reason for the processing (e.g. our obligation to process these personal data in a manner imposed on us by law),
  • you objected to the processing and it became clear that there are no sufficient legitimate interests on our side for which we would have the right to process this personal data,
  • personal data were processed illegally,
  • personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation that applies to us,

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to restrict processing in any of the following cases: 

  • if you challenge the correctness of personal data (in this case, we recommend using the right to correct them
  • the processing is illegal, but you refuse to delete such personal data,
  • if you ask us, we can process your selected personal data even after they are no longer needed for the purpose for which you provided them (e.g. in connection with asserting a claim in court for which you need the processed personal data),
  • if you object to the processing, while it is not clear whether our legitimate interest outweighs your legitimate interests.

The right to transfer personal data

You have the right to receive personal data relating to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable, the right to transfer this data to another entity, without us preventing you from doing so. 

You also have the right to ask us to transfer your personal data to another entity that acts as a so-called personal data controller, if technically possible. 

The right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data 

If you have given us consent to process personal data for purposes that require such consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time 

The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you believe that we are processing your personal data illegally, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. However, we would be happy if you solve any mistakes or misunderstandings with us first. You can always contact us easily through our contact information

You can exercise your rights to the protection of personal data in writing or electronically

Please note that for the purpose of verifying your identity, we will take into account the request that you: 

  • sent by registered letter or 
  • sent from an e-mail address that is registered directly to your person.

Information on handling requests or objections and measures taken

We will respond to your requests, objections and other submissions as quickly as possible, at the latest within one month of receiving your request or objection, we will inform you about the measures taken or why we did not comply with your request or objection. If the arrangement is particularly complex or we receive a large number of requests, we can extend the specified period by up to two months, which we must inform you about within the first month and state the reasons for the postponement.
