Order and delivery
You can place your order in just a few minutes, and the selected bike usually ships directly to you within 72 hours. Please keep the box – you’ll need it if you want to exchange for a larger size or return the bike.
Bike settings
A well-adjusted bike is the key to a safe ride. That's why we send you the Foxie almost assembled. All you have to do is put on the pedals and handlebars and the adventure ride can begin.
7 days to try
Wrong size? We’ll exchange your bike for free within 7 days and deliver it by courier. To return it, just pack it and send it back – return shipping is charged. Please keep the box, or we can send you a new one for a small fee.
Exchange for a bigger model
When the little biker grows up, the bike also has to get bigger. With an annual subscription, the exchange is free. Simply choose a larger bike in your profile and hand over the original one to the courier upon delivery. Easy, right?

Our story
Who are we?
We are a group of fathers and uncles who have spent hundreds of euros on bicycles for their children. We realized that buying them a new one almost every two years is neither financially nor ecologically sustainable. We were looking for a place where we could rent a high-quality children's bike, but we couldn't find such an option anywhere.
Why do we do this?
We did some research on the market, but also among our friends - many expensive bikes lie unused in garages, basements, attics... We decided to change that. We have found a way to save your wallet, nature and time.
How do we turn worries into joy at BikeUp?
In contrast to the outdated model of owning things, we pay attention to their efficient and sustainable use. Together with cycling experts, we designed ultra-light children’s bikes that you can rent through monthly, half-yearly, or yearly subscriptions.
When your child outgrows the bike, we simply replace it with a larger model. We refurbish the returned bikes, and after servicing them, we donate them to children from disadvantaged families and to children’s homes.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the final monthly rental price?
We play a fair game. You only pay for what you see on our website, and we do not charge you anything extra. We have everything neat here in the price list.
- What is the difference between a NewBike and a reBike?
There are two options to choose from – newBike or reBike. NewBike means you will receive a new bike. ReBike is a bike that was rented before. Each bike is inspected and put into perfect condition before shipment. The safety of your biker is a priority for us. If the delivered bike does not match the status we declare, please write to [email protected] and we will work it out.
- Where do you deliver my bike tale everywhere?
We deliver our bikes throughout the entire territory of Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria and Denmark.
